2. From the top 2 companies per material, download product brochures or technical datasheets.
3. Analyze the technical specifications of these products (composition, grade, application method, durability, certifications, etc.) and summarize in a table.
4. Based on your analysis, recommend the most suitable product for a residential or commercial project, justifying your choice considering performance, durability, IS/ASTM standards, and cost.
